Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g. defects, damage in transit).
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hey@bedtimebulb.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@bedtimebulb.com and send your item to: 3675 Market St. Suite 200, Philadelphia, PA, 19104, United States.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3675 Market St. Suite 200, Philadelphia, PA, 19104, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Policy
SimpleBulb Inc. warrants that this device will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate for 5 years, unless a different warranty period is stated in or on the packaging of the product, based on up to 3 hours average working time per day/7 days per week, when used as directed.
If this device does not conform to the warranty, SimpleBulb will send you, at its election, a replacement device or refund your original price upon receipt of the returned device, register receipt, and proof of purchase. Please contact us to find out how to return the device. For faster assistance, please have your Order ID ready.
This limited warranty does not cover devices subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSELY EXCLUDED. Some states and provinces do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.
